Congratulations to Steven Haddox, David Sgambellone, and Peggy O’Donnell, who each received the nomination of the Libertarian Party of Maryland’s Central Committee at its meeting on Saturday March 29.  Mr. Haddox is running against Democrat Chris Van Hollen to represent Maryland’s 8th Congressional District.  Mr. Sgambellone is running for Anne Arundel County Council, and Ms. O’Donnell is running for the office of Calvert County Commissioner.

All three candidates spoke to the Central Committee members about the major issues they expect to raise during their election campaigns, and all three were unanimously approved by the Committee.
