The LNC Region 5 Alternate has resigned (pending his replacement) for health reasons. Under our Region 5 Agreement, the Chair of each state affiliate in the region can appoint the replacement. Under our LPMD constitution, that is handled by the Executive Board.

So far, two people have been offered for consideration, Steve Scheetz of PA and Joe Paschel of Virginia. If you would like to suggest to our Executive Board someone else be considered, or wish to offer opinions on the nomination of Mr. Scheetz or Paschel, please email me at email hidden; JavaScript is required before Wednesday, October 6, at 7:30 p.m., as that is when the Executive Board will meet to discuss this and other issues.
